Holodets is a cold meat jelly, traditionally made in Eastern Europe for the holiday table but can be eaten throughout the year.
It has to be eaten cold out of the refrigerator, and spread with horseradish or mustard.
Holodets can be made with different meat types and cuts and using especially those with high source of natural gelatin to give its gelatinous texture.
Our Holodets is made with a mixed cuts of Swiss pork and Swiss beef, carrots, egg, without any additive or food preservative as all our products.
