The word Kefir is known in Russian since at least 1884 and most probably the origins are North Caucasian.
Kefir is best as a drink. Less fat than a yogurt, it contains more protein, more probiotics and a lot of healthy bacteria.
We use only local Swiss fresh milk to make our homemade Kefir every week and we deliver it and all our products, directly to your door, every week, in Zurich and surroundings area.
Kefir fat % is between 2% and 4%
The fresh milk used by us undergoes a pasteurisation process to ensure the necessary food safety.
