From Russian tradition, spread widely trough Eastern Europe, Pelmeni are usually served with Smetana, a delicious sour cream.
Our Pelmeni are filled with Swiss fresh mixed minced meat (lamb and beef), onions, salt and black pepper.
Pelmeni are freshly made and immediately frozen (and delivered frozen) for better conservation.
Please note: Pelmeni with Lamb and Beef might result a bit more spicy than usual as we use some extra pepper for this recipe.
